Dear Diary,
GPS for EM UB. No campaign content in this note. This about honesty. Just for share, A important learning that I gotten from this event yesterday is about team work. The moment that go on until about 2 hours at widyaloka gives me awareness about the borne of strength. Someone won’t never strong when they walked alone. During about 2 weeks when I accompanied him as manager, I’m little bit know about him self. But yesterday, All of looked perfectly. All of weakness can be covered by his performance. Last night, He looked as difference. More powerfull and more charism. Ya, It’s right.
I able to take several conclusion.
There are 2 important things that able to make someone is looked perfectly
beside the talent and potention. First one, is nearness with God so that all of
weakness can be closed by Him. Second one, is supported by all of people
arround him who have similarity purposes, vision and misson - so that he has
strong backup from behind.
Setya Nugraha, someone whom
I don’t know well. But at present, he tries his capabilities for able to stare
at executive. After succesfull took BEM FIA during one year, He carry “GPS” as favorite slogan for expand in
university scope. GPS means ber-Gerak,
Passion, Solutif. The explanation of this
slogan is we always move- based to our passion it self -for give solution on
the problem arround us. Good slogan I guess, :)
Supporting from all of member in his
team (Promotor) that totality in action accompanies him to take estafet stick’s
EM leadership. Good luck Setya Nugraha. Hopefully, You can get the best
